Bobby Casey

Bobby Casey is considered one of the major figures in Clare fiddling.
It is unfortunate I only have room for one sound file! On the above recording, he plays tunes with Danny Meehan (Fiddle), John McLaughlin (spoons), Sean O'Shea (fiddle) Lucy Farr (Fiddle) and of Course, Reg Hall on any tracks that have a piano!

Be sure to read Kevin Crehan's essay:

PADDY IN THE SMOKE
(Track 6)

The above recording, "Paddy in the Smoke" is a classic "Moment in Time" type of recording. Live from the London Pubs of the Mid 1960's, you'll hear talking, clinking glasses, and even the occasional phone call! The time and place and mood make this alot of fun!
